Beijing Xinfadi Wannongtong International Trade Co., Ltd., founded in 2020, was established as a joint venture by Beijing Tiantan Industrial Investment Group and Beijing Xinfadi Enterprise Management Co., Ltd.
The company currently focuses on two main areas: international trade and industrial parks. The international trade segment includes import and export trade, asset collaboration, deep processing cooperation, and supply chain finance. It aims to establish the “Xinfadi International Agricultural Products” brand and expand both online and offline international markets for agricultural products, targeting 19 Xinfadi markets in China and major domestic fresh produce supermarkets and e-commerce platforms. The industrial park segment involves the construction, operation, and management of the Xinfadi Lingshui International Free Trade Industrial Park.
XINFADI AGRICULTURAL WHOLESALE MARKET
Beijing Xinfadi Agricultural Products Wholesale Market was established on May 16, 1988. After 35 years of construction and development, it has become the largest professional agricultural products wholesale market in Beijing and even in Asia, responsible for more than 90% of the agricultural products supply in the capital and surrounding areas. The market transaction amount and market transaction volume are 131.9 billion yuan and 1,749 tons respectively, ranking first in China for 17 years. So far, the area of market has extended to 112 hectares with 1,500 administrative staff. The market has about 2,000 booths and more than 4,000 fixed-point clients. Xinfadi Market trades 18,000 tons of vegetables, 20,000 tons of fruits, and more than 1,500 tons of seafood on a daily basis.
TIANTAN INDUSTRIAL INVESTMENT GROUP
Tiantan Industrial Investment Company was established in 1979 and later transitioned from a manufacturing and trading enterprise to a company focused on traditional Chinese medicine, technology, culture, and investment. To adapt to the needs of its development, the company established Tiantan Industrial Investment Group in 2014. The company’s main business is divided into four sectors:
1. Traditional Chinese Medicine and Health: This includes the Beijing National Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine (a state institution) and its hospital; a health industry park; an integrated Chinese medicine rural complex; research and production of traditional Chinese medicine health products; and stem cell research and market applications.
2. Cultural Education: This includes Tiantan Cultural Industry Development (which initiated the Tiantan Cultural IP Library); design, development, and operation of cultural and creative products; artificial intelligence education; and the International Youth Leadership Development Fund.
3. Technology: This sector covers digital technology, the metaverse, digital industrial parks, new energy (including photovoltaic power generation and new energy facility renovations), and environmental protection and governance.
4. Investment: This includes private equity funds, corporate mergers and acquisitions, industrial park development and construction, supply chain finance, and bulk trade.
